BELIEVING HE IS

With the merciful You will show Yourself merciful; with a blameless man You will show Yourself blameless; with the pure You will show Yourself pure; and with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd.
Psalm 18:25-26 NKJV
God will be what you allow Him to be in your life. You cannot get closer to God than your concept of God will allow. If you believe that God is mean, you will keep a mean man’s distance from Him. If you believe He is kind, you will receive His kindness. When you take hold of His goodness, His goodness will take hold of you.
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6 NKJV)
