UNASHAMED

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

As you prepare for another year of school, take time to prepare your faith. Your faith will be challenged. Just know that if you can be discouraged, you will be. If you can be made ashamed, you will be. If you can be stopped from sharing the love of God, you will be. Determine to set yourself and trust in Him: “For the Lord GOD will help Me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed” (Isaiah 50:7).
Be strong and of good courage. The Gospel is both good news and perfect truth. Don’t EVER be ashamed of it. Instead, embrace the freedom in it. Don’t just preach the gospel, live and breathe it. As one who knows the gospel of Christ, you hold the power of God within you!
