THEY ARE WATCHING

Train up a child in the way he should go [and in keeping with his gifts], and when he is old he will not depart from it.

We have a duty as parents to help our children grow in their own special way and to accomplish what God has for them in their lives. That is to help them make good choices and take the right paths. A child is certainly not capable of this on its own.
Deuteronomy 6:5-7 tells us to “love the Lord with our whole being, and keep this command in your heart as you allow it to penetrate, and teach that to your children day and night.” So talk with and encourage your children in the Word, as well as showing them the love of God. They are watching your every move and hearing your every word and how you speak it. Pray and ask God to help you and He will. Be encouraged parents, you are doing a great job!
