SLOW DOWN

Life gets busy! I think we can all relate to that statement. I know, speaking for myself, that I can get so engulfed in my day to day life, that I forget to even pick up my Bible. I often try to do this life on my own, and always end up failing in doing so.
When I read this scripture, it immediately grabs my heart. I need His word. If I would just slow down and remember my first love, I could avoid so many problems. This scripture says it all. His word is everything! It holds the answer to all my questions. It is my strength, it is life line. My prayer for all today is that we slow down. That we always remember our first love.
