Burn Part 2 | Pastor Matt Morgan | FOP Church

Pastor Matt Morgan

What a powerful time in God’s presence today! From the moment worship began to the final blessing, this service was filled with heartfelt praise, deep revelation, and a passionate call to return to the Word, hunger for revival, and pursue the heart of Jesus.

📖 Key Scripture Focus: Luke 24:36–49 | Ephesians 5:30 | 2 Corinthians 5:17

Pastor unpacked the story of Jesus’ post-resurrection appearance to the disciples—revealing four transformational truths about the supernatural body of Christ. We were reminded:

There Are No Limits – Jesus passed through walls and still bore scars. As His body, we’re called to go where others can’t and to overcome what’s tried to contain us.

We Must Be Hungry for Souls – Jesus’ craving for fish symbolizes His desire for people. We, too, must develop a relentless passion for the lost.

Sweetness Belongs in the Body – The craving for honeycomb is a reminder that bitterness and unforgiveness don’t belong in us. Kindness, forgiveness, and joy should define the Church.

We Are Self-Contained in Christ – Just as Jesus ate and remained whole, anything placed in Christ remains secure. Our identity, healing, and redemption are held within Him.
