FOP Kidz VBS Registration

Please fill in your CHILD'S INFORMATION FIRST and the parent/ guardian information at the bottom. Each child must be registered separately.

VBS this year is Monday, June 17th through Thursday, June 20th each evening beginning at 6pm. Kids ages 4 years to 5th grade are welcome to join us!!
